Where does Wanderful come from?
Life has a way of surprising you. I mean that in the best way possible. As a teenager I never would have been able to dream about some of the adventures I have been on. For the first 12 years of my adult life I was a career woman. My life mostly revolved around work and working on my house. Work was how I got to go on most of my adventures, it's also how I met my husband. Back then my adventures only lasted a few days to a few months. Shortly after my husband and I got married we took our biggest adventure together and moved away from our home town in Missouri to settle in Montana. While living in Montana we had our first child and my husband got a new job. The first is an adventure all on its own and the second, well the second is what started our Wanderful Life. We've lived in four states and two continents in the past five years. I can't say I've disliked any of the places we've lived. There are things about each location I wasn't fond of, but I was still pretty happy with each place. Home is wherever your heart is. Its cliche I know and I'll use it until I can come up with something better.

Chaos management, snuggles, giggles and some adventure
My creative team consists of 2 cats, 2 dogs, a husband, and 2 kids. I have given myself the official title 'Director of Chaos Management' in stead of stay-at-home mom.

Note from the Author

Welcome to Wanderful Life By Dana! I'm Dana, the creator of this recipe blog. As an avid food enthusiast I promise to provide you with only the best recipes and I will do my best (punny intended) to not use the word 'best' in my recipe titles. I wouldn't post it if it wasn't, or if it didn't possess the potential to be. My goal is to tell you about my adventures with food and provide you a safe place to share yours too!
